Student Council
Student Council, the student government organization of Christ the Divine Teacher School, is made up of students in the sixth grade. The purpose of the council is to serve the faculty, staff, and students of the school as well as those in need in the surrounding communities. Miss Sandra Romano is the faculty adviser of the Student Council.
The Student Council consists of an appointed Executive Board who organizes, participates in, and conducts activities to support school spirit and service. Some of its activities include breakfasts and luncheons for the faculty and staff, tolerance and human rights activities, spirit days, prayer services, and additional service activities within the school and community.
The 2011-2012 Executive Board consists of Kaitlyn Binder, Gaby Guzik, Meghan Hirak, Mia Kilkeary, Gabby Oldenburg, Zach Smith, and Dylan Zupanc. CDT congratulates these students as they begin their exciting journey into the fascinating world of Student Council.
